Staff members like Naseer were helpful. The hotel also provides free daily transportation to the beach and a major shopping center. The room itself was spacious enough.
This caused some noise and detracted a bit from the overall feel.

The room features a king bed. adequate space. Daily cleaning services are provided. I did appreciate finding a refrigerator available in the room too.

A tender stay
clean room changed bed warm welcome amazing staff
Ah, the room was always clean because the staff worked hard. I needed the bed changed so they changed it. The welcome was warm, especially from naseer, abda, and zulqrain. I spent ten weeks here, and i'm always coming back.
The fridge wasn't strong, my water never get chilled enough. The shower's temperature changed quickly from warm to cold to hot.

My city view room had one king bed. The bathroom included basic toiletries. The room also has blackout curtains, and they did a nice job in keeping my room tidy every day.

Staff was smiling and ready to help all guests. Check-in and check-out were flexible. I could check-in early and check-out late. The manager, I loved it.

i found the team to be kind. talvinder was always friendly and sweet. food tasted fresh so that was nice.
i booked a twin room through agoda. i wanted one bed. the employee said they were fully booked and unable to move the beds. this lead me to book again at a different hotel.

buffet restaurant clean room friendly staff
the hotel had a great restaurant with a buffet style. the dishes were delicious. my room included a balcony. the room was very clean. jea from the cafe offered great service. she was soo friendly and polite, i really liked that.
the room i booked first was small.
